Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00PM, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than 3:45PM to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Since we have decided to have a small, intimate wedding with our closest family and friends, we will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults only celebration.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographers will be capturing the ceremony, and due to limited space in the venue we especially do not want to block the professional photos or video with a cell phone. We will have a moment before the ceremony is over for anyone who would like to snap a quick photo of the bride and groom.

We would appreciate if all photos were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy to post anything! We will have a QR code to scan for all guests to upload their photos for the bride and groom!

First wanted to note we will have shuttle transportation to and from Prominence neighborhood for those who would prefer not to drive! While you are on Hwy 98 (Panama City Beach Pkwy) drive past the Carillon Beach gated entrance and turn right into the Carillon Beach Resort & Spa entrance. Immediately turn right into the parking lot. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the venue. If you start walking in the direction away from the main road, into the community you will eventually see where our tent is set up. Head into the meeting house to grab your seat!
